MDR Associates has been delivering cost effective, practical and creative solutions to conflict-related problems since its founding by Richard Moore in 2001.
We serve a wide array of clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Clients have included hospitals, police services, professional and community associations, colleges, universities, federal, provincial and territorial governments, public agencies, businesses, and law firms.
Services include workplace assessments and restorations, conflict coaching, facilitation, mediation, conflict management system design and training.
A significant focus of our more recent work is in dealing with large group conflict, dysfunction, and polarization. Working collaboratively with our clients, we create process that allow people to safely surface, talk about, and tackle wickedly complex issues.
