Incorporated in 2001, MDR Associates Conflict Resolution Inc. (MDR) specializes in all aspects of conflict resolution. We are dedicated to transforming conflict into opportunities for mutual gain and positive change.

We are experienced facilitators, mediators, investigators, conflict coaches, and trainers who, cost effectively, deliver creative and practical solutions to your problems.

Our Associates come from backgrounds in law, social work, human resources, education, psychology, and human systems design and evaluation.

We serve a wide array of clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Clients have included hospitals, police services, professional and community associations, colleges, universities, federal, provincial and territorial governments, federal agencies, small businesses, law firms and private citizens.

Services include: workplace assessments, workplace investigations, workplace restorations, conflict coaching, mediation, conflict management system design and training.
