Fees for Workplace Investigations, Assessments and Conflict Resolution:

Our fees can vary depending on a number of factors and can be adjusted from time to time to fit into the client’s unique circumstances and the work that must be done. Consequently, the fees quoted for workplace investigations and conflict resolution are a guide and may not be applicable to you. We provide detailed proposals regarding work and fees prior to undertaking any work. For workplace related matters we typically charge $2500 per 8-hour day and $350 per hour for time spent beyond the eight hours. All fees are subject to HST or other applicable taxes.

Fees for Legal Disputes:

- Half Day Mediations (3 hours): $1500
- Full Day Mediations (6 hours): $3000
- Additional time at $400 per hour
- Three or more parties will entail additional fees.

Half Day and Full day rates include up to 3 hours of preparation time. Preparation time of over 3 hours will be charged at $400 per hour.

Travel time outside Ottawa is extra and all fees are subject to HST or other applicable taxes.
