Ashley Moore

Ashley has worked in community and organizational conflict engagement since 2010, conducting research, designing programs, and implementing solutions for leading organizations across North America, including Fortune 500 companies, not-for-profits, and local, provincial, national, and First Nations government agencies. Her B.A. in psychology and interdisciplinary studies in sexuality grounds her intersectional perspectives on equity and social justice, while her M.A. in Conflict Analysis and Management supports her systems-focused approaches and methodologies.

Ashley’s work is driven by her conviction that authentic dialogue in trusting relationships among diverse people holds immense transformative power – not only to profoundly impact the lived experiences of participants but to generate the insights, leverage points, paradigm shifts, and connections necessary to address our most complex and volatile social, political, economic, and environmental issues. Within this effort, Ashley strives to facilitate change by supporting individuals and communities to act upon and within imperfect systems towards a more equitable, just, and sustainable society.
